Adopting/Sponsoring a Family:
Complete and submit the donor form to the best of your ability. In it, consider the number of people you feel you can support. Please note that each person requesting support through this program may put up to 3 items on their wish list with an approximate maximum total of $100 per person. HopeWorx will match you with a family and provide information, including age, gender, clothing sizes, food requests, and a wish list of items. Once you have purchased and labeled the items you are donating, we will arrange a pick up/drop off of all items. Items will be collected NO LATER than December 3, 2024. Please know that this program supports children and youth of all ages and their families.
Monetary Donation:
Monetary donations are used to purchase gift cards and wish list items for people eligible for this program. To participate as a donor in the Holiday Assistance Program, fill out the form below.
Gift Cards:
We welcome gift cards of any amount to stores including Grocery Stores, Amazon, Walmart, and Target. Gift cards are given directly to the families we are serving. If you wish to purchase gift cards, please contact Lisa Radcliffe, LRadcliffe@hopeworxinc.org to arrange pick up of the cards
