The Family Satisfaction Team is a part of the parent company, HopeWorx.
Mission Statement:
The goal of The Family Satisfaction Team (FST) is to work with all stakeholders to strengthen resiliency and recovery orientated delivery of behavioral health services and supports provided to families and youth in Montgomery County.
Who We Are
FST team members all identify as having their own experience in the mental health system, either as a parent of a child receiving services or as a person who received services as a child themselves. The results of the surveys are shared with the people who were surveyed, service providers, and the Montgomery County Office of Behavioral Health, who then work together to implement change.
What FST Does:
The Family Satisfaction Team surveys families and youth either face to face or via telephone to hear about their experiences with the mental health providers. They serve as independent evaluators of the behavioral health services provided to children and adolescents in Montgomery County.
